  • I’m really disgusted in kfc . I brought kfc for dinner and found a long strand of hair in my chips I’m really unhappy thats the most unhygienic thing you could find in your dinner!!   • Great service but your store forgot my food!!! Unacceptable given the prices you charge. This is a joke and then the server denied my whole order even though I had the docket number. Seriously KFC sort your shit out. Totally unimpressed.

    your survey sucks. your sight will not accept my code and time no matter how many times I enter it, and yes I have checked that it is correct, so how is any one supposed to do the survey and get their promised free chips and drink with next $5 purchase?

    I am at the brand new off store in rolleston. The floor is disgusting with food and rubbish on the floor. Hit day outside and even hotter inside – no air con!!!! Already been waiting 10 mins for order. Asked for some in and got it all in a bag ………… not great …….. survey code 5617101216152064

    Can not enter my survey code I am a solo grad mother raising grand children have no idea what cookies on a tablet are only just learning to use this,, never thought it would be so hard to try and win some vouchers will not be trying again very disappointed

    Tonight my husband ordered a dinner for 2 from one of your kfc restaurants. When he got home we were short of 2 small coleslaws.

    He phoned the restaurant and let them know. They apologised and suggested we come back in to collect them. This is all well and good but we live out of town and the inconvenience of having to drive back in to town didn’t seem worth it – not to mention the petrol! They did say we could go in within the next day or two when we were in town and collect them and that it was recorded in their log book. However, would we want coleslaw now without the rest of the dinner!

    My frustration is this is not the first time this has happened to us in this particular branch.

    I would like to acknowledge how hard the staff here work. In the passed when I’ve been in I see one person doing the work of two (maybe three) people. I do understand you are looking for staff as it says so on the bottom of the docket.

    We do enjoy our meals from KFC and will continue to go back I’m sure. Purhaps maybe I could recommend further training for staff or more recognition or incentives. If staff feel valued they usually give back and then some.

    Why cant the KFC store that has NO large coleslaw containers AGAIN, will not substitute with the small containers???
    $3 for one small container for a family of 4? Yea right, $12 for the same size large container? Yea right.!
    So what is the Wanganui store going to do about that? Order more? Would be nice!

    Service in KFC Levin is awesome…they listen to the customer and are very efficient…food is not saturated with excessive fat. Thanks KFC.

  • Survey code number 5560011116130842 This survey is a joke. I was told by the lady who served me to go online and complete the survey and go in the draw to win $100 worth of vouchers. I took the time to do this and have tried unsuccessfully for 2 days now and the code will not work. I actually got lovely service and had no complaints at all about my purchase so the only complaint I have is your stupid, waste of time survey.

  • Alexandra KFC absolutely disgusting.
    My husband even asked at the counter, Is
    Going to be hot.
    It wasn’t. We heated his 2 burgers in the oven before he could eat them.
    My 2 piece 1/4 pack was no better. The chips were Luke warm & limp. Have photos to prove this.. my bread bun looked like it had been run over by a steam roller. We had codes to use on the talktokfc page but that didn’t work. We will never step foot inside Alexandra KFC ever ever again!!!!!!!

    survey code 5588181016162797, Your intercom at KFC motueka was not working 18-10-16 and when enquiring at window and suggesting they put a notice on it, was told in a very nasty manner it hadn’t been working all day and it wasn’t her job to tell customers, secondly when I received my order she mucked the till up and I had to wait 20 minutes while it was fixed, I bought 2 quarter packs was charged $19.80 which was right but never received my drink’s and when I asked for them the window was slammed in my face. The employee’s name is Kylie P and my time of visit was 4-23pm. This is not good enough!

    service (what service) it was slow, no happy faces, no thanks the bacon in my burger was gross.
    there were lots of people waiting to be served, and some where getting pissed off that were behind me.

    I just want to say the service was slow and my burger wasn’t made properly the lettuce wasn’t even in the burger and I had the sour bitter white bits of the lettuce

  • I have a receipt that doesn’t work and I’m still in the Timaru store where I got it from 2 minutes ago! Stink. Carla who served me was wonderful though
