since you have changed your way of baking your granary bread it does not keep well you now recieve this in frozen form and since this has happened does not stay fresh as the next day is only suitable for toasting our Asda has the facility to bake its own please revert back to this

I bought a large box of standard shredded wheat x 40 per box at cost of £3 per box i.e. 7.5p per biscuit. This works out at 25p more than had I bought the usual box of 30 for £2. Why are you economically disadvantaging your customers when we purchase a large box?

only really called in for some white spirits to clean my old paint brushes. without being pushy the young sales lad pointed out how a packet of new brushes would be a good idea if the spirit didn’t get the old ones soft enough. Good point I thought and I,d still want the spirit to clean the new brushes. A salesman with the customers interests in mind first and foremost. Good on yer son!

I love to shop in Asda in kilkeel. I go there every Friday morning 52 weeks of the year. The staff are very helpful, if I can’t find what I am looking for they just stop what they are doing and come around and get it for me. People go to Newry to do Christmas shopping but I go to Asda as my son and his wife do the same. They have two small children and they do all their shopping there. The long hours that they are open is another bonus.

I was having difficulties walking when I visited your store this week (20/11/16). Unable to find Ground Rice I stopped a store employee and asked if he could help. He was very willing and evenually found the item tucked away on the bottom Home Bakery shelf and asked if I needed anything else.

I thanked him and carried on shopping then on to the Check-out. Realising I had a problem carrying my bag the Cashier immediately offered help and rang for assistance to help me to my car.

It had been my intention to buy two items and used a small basket instead of a trolley, but seeing your excellent promotions purchased more than I was able to carry.

Many thanks to Asda and your well-trained pleasant staff.

I have used your store in B33 for about 3 years and find all the staff very friendly and helpful. This shop, under normal circumstances, caters for all my needs. But. I have been in twice over the last four or five weeks when they have run out of green top milk. Resulting in me having to go to one of your rivals down the road.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I had to wait 45 minutes for one pizza order at the Queslett road store in Great Barr, it was a very bad experience having to wait so long for one order. If you would be so kind as to look into this matter.

    Thank you

    Regards

    Sterling Miller

  • The Gluten free products at the Nuneaton store are very limited and often out of stock. Today again the Schar bread and Asda’s own Ginger cookies were both unavailable. This has happened on many occasions recently requiring us to shop at another local supermarket for bread. A review of stock management would be very much appreciated.

  • The last few times I have been to asda tilbury I have had to hunt for a small trolley as there seems to be a shortage . Second thing the shelves are empty and not faced up . How can there be no caster sugar and water biscuits when I asked at customer service the caster sugar was proberly out if stock because of the British bake off.

  • i am constently dissapointed at the empty shelves when i shop for wine at the beddington store .why I ask, because the Sutton store seems always well stocked with wine

  • I regularly purchase the £4 pack of what is described as “Thick Cut Ham” 5052444991226 but recently the ham has been little more than thin cut ham
Please either relabel or tell me why this is happening
