    First time for a lube at Wale Road Mr. Lube. What a friendly and competent group of service people giving my 2013 Honda a complete vehicle service & checking out any safety issues. Manager Lewis was so informative about everything he and the other’s had done and he made suggestions about one front tire problem, telling me to keep aware of it. I will now take my truck in for service even though I live 30 K away.

    have a 2016 Mazda cx5 that used synthetic oil. went to mr lube for oil change. charge was 89 . this is 14 more than dealer charges so won’t be back to mr lube and was told the oil was part synthetic not full synthetic.You lost my truck business as well

  • Attended North Van Mr Lube on Marine Drive Dec 12. Where I have made it a habit to maintain my vehicle fluids.

    Nick on deck and Jorge in pit did an amazing job. I told them I had limited time and they responded with hustle and quality service. They were friendly, polite and a capable.

    Good service is a quality missing in a lot of places, but Mr Lube North Van is not one of them. They have won my business.

    Service was ok, but the up charge on the oil filter for my 13 grand cherokee was nothing but a rip off. Ridiculous at best . Dinky little filter cost an extra 11.00 dollars to install. Paying 100 dollars for an oil change and another 11 dollars totally unacceptable. Will change it myself next time. Good bye mr lube.

    I go to Mr. Lube regularly but this year my window washer fluid froze at -20. I spoke to others at my company as we all use the same Mr Lube and it was the same across the board. In Alberta we have some extreme weather and -20 isn’t that extreme. I can appreciate the up-sell when i am there but before you up-sell, you should ensure, what the customer is buying is quality.

    Just came back from Mr. Lube store #143, at 1841 Bank Street, Ottawa, Ontario., today February 12, 2017.

    They just installed two complete headlights units, as a warranted repair after they mistakenly put in the wrong bulbs, which melted the maker light housings.

    The owner Greg, asked me to come over and inspected the melted maker light housing, and without giving me any hassle at all, said he would replace the complete light housing assembly with 1 or two weeks.

    Here I am one week and 2 days later with new and functioning front lights on my car.

    Just wanted to say that he and his employees were professional, considerate and very fair.

    I will definitely go there again.

Lube is they take you to your car and explain many things about your car. Every time I visit Mr.Lube Mechanic shop in Pickering I actually learn new lesson about the function of device in my car. Unlike Toyota dealership that they take your car and they don’t teach you anything about my car and they bring back my car and they said this is the total price of $1200.00. Or even Canadian tire is the same story as Toyota Mechanic shop. People at Mr. Lube are friendly honest and very knowledgeable and very patient with the costumers and have great costumer service. Thank you so much and I will recommend Mr. lube to my friends and colleagues and No Appointment is needed !!! Great job!
