    Love my Tom Thumb store #2609, 612 Grapevine Hwy. in Hurst. I go there at least twice/a week and have for 28 years. Patrick, the Store Mgr. until recently, was so friendly and helpful. John, an employee who is retiring this week, will be sorely missed! Everyone in the Pharmacy is efficient and welcoming. Sorry to say the present Mgr. does not “fit in.”

    I purchased 2 items for a total of $19.98. Asked if I could $25in cash and was refused. I have been a customer for over 30 years. Very rarely ask for cash. It was VERY embarrassing. Don’t think I will shop there anymore.

    I came into the Tom Thumb on August 21 the day of my wedding, I was in a uproar about my last minute bouquet. Olga Castillo at the Lewisville location was the most helpful calming person I have ever met. She said if you have some shopping to do you can go take care of that and I’ll take care of your bouquet. I was back and to my surprise I had the most beautiful bouquet of sunflowers I have ever seen.
    Now this past week Friday night my future son in law wanted to propose to my daughter at the airport DFW. Well he wanted flowers, I knew where to go. Olga was there and I told her what I needed and she put together 54 different shades of pink roses together for my daughter. The sparkle in my eye was far more enlighten with my daughter. I went back to the store on Sunday just to show her how excited my daughter was on her engagement.
    I just wanted to tell someone of this wonderful amazing lady. Please let her know I really wanted to thank her so much for taking my stress away and replacing it with happy tears and a smile.

    Had the privilege of checkout service from Lily Sun at my favorite Tom Thumb store, 2595 Plano. She was delightful, and very professional. Deli took the time to inform me of specials and stockers were very busy, but also very helpful.

    09/23/17 I went to buy some grocery’s at Tom Thumb store
    on Virginia parkway MvKinney texas. This is A lovely store
    clean its a pleasure to shop. I went to the bakery for some of my special breads that are so nice, and was greeted by a lovely lady named Tanna she was nice and helpful nothing was to much for her to do. I will definitly go to her again. this kind of help need a pat on the shoulder. Good help is hard to find.

    To whom it may concern, I would like to rate the services at Tom Store #3623 a 10 out of 10. The store manager David Gonzales and Nico provided outstanding customer service in which I couldn’t wait to get home and share my experience with my husband. We had purchased an item 4 days prior, the outside of box stated one thing but when we got home to prepare the food item it was totally different. When I walked into the store 4 days later the manager and Nico treated me as if returned the item the same day. As a matter of fact I didn’t even return item. We actually prepared the item that was placed in the box. The manager was very apologetic and let me purchased the original item I at a discount price which was a true example of extraordinary customer services. Please use this key example as a curriculum of teaching what customer services is all about. Thank you David and Nico.

    The pharmacy staff at Tom Thumb on Shiloh and Arapaho Roads in Garland are the BEST!! Every one is always so helpful and nice. They go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. They have sent both my husband and I cards when we were recovering for surgeries. Teresa always asks about my husband as he is going through chemo therapy. She sincerely cares. They all do. We stay with your pharmacy because of the staff. KUDOS to my wonderful pharmacy staff. So grateful to you all and your special care. THANK YOU

    Fethia #7279 Always greets me no matter where she is in the store. When I check out she is extremely helpful and pleasant. I have difficulty walking and often times must use an electric cart. Fethia always comes around and loads my groceries for me and never fails to ask if I need help out. I look for Fethia whenever I go into Tom Thumb because she makes me feel important and special. She is a tremendous asset to your organization. Thank you, Fethia!! You are so kind!

    our key fob card was illegible, and the cashier did not have our phone number in the TT record. So we got another card and attempted to register it under our local phone number but the system would not let us. Moreover I waited on hold for a guest services employee for over 30 minutes, listening to a nauseating phrase of music.

    When I tried to enter the $1500 prize your system would not allow me to enter, maintaining that I already had. Please advise of my status with Tom Thumb.

    I visited the Tom Thumb store at 2200 e 14th st Plano tx as I checked out Jennifer was my checker and was very pleasant and helpful with the discounted items I purchased, I actually returned to the store later that day and again Jennifer greeted me and thanked me for my return visit as she recognized me from earlier she is great!

    Cynthia at Tom thumb store 3571 at 1751 river run #101 in ft.worth was a wonderful delight for me . I’m a single guy and dislike big change stores . But Cynthia i guess picked up on that and nicely show me a quick way to save money and get the things I liked if it’s 2 for 5 you can mix or match them such as chips (different brands).
    AND MOST OF ALL FOR ME SHE WAS THERE WAITING TO HELP ME AT THE REGISTER AND SINCE THERE WAS OVER 150.00 IN MERCHANDISE SHE HELP ME TAKE IT OUT AND ARRANGED IT ON THE COUNTER.

    Visited Tom ThumbStore # 3571 on 04/24/17. Cynthia was my cashier. She was courteous and professional. Thanks for opening a store at that location and the new one on West 7th. for years I’ve been asking the City of Fort Worth to open a grocery store downtown Fort Worth. That’s close enough. Now all we need is a cleaners and liquor store. Thanks

    Not one to spend my time with surveys, but after today’s shopping experience, I felt compelled. I have been shopping at my closest Tom Thumb store for more than 25 years and in all that time I cannot recall the store being updated. It smells. It is dirty. It sells out-of-date product. It seems to always be short-staffed and it takes a very long time to check out. In comparison to the next closest Tom Thumb store, this store is in sad shape.

    this morning on the way home from the hospital, I stopped by Tom Thumb to buy the chicken breast and butter on the special ad for 99cents/pound. The lady at the front area was very nice, she help me to down load the special on my phone. I went on to buy the chicken breast and butter with the thought that I only pay the posted price in my phone, when I came to the cashier to pay, I show her my phone she was politely said ” your new reward card is ok”, so I paid the bill. after lunch I checked my receipt, the electronic special was not applied, and I paid the full bill. my card # 48064987065. I am a little unsure about going back to shop at tom thumb again.

    went today for the the $ 5.00 bacon. Two big displays with bacon. Get to the counter and of course it is not whats on sale. I told her the bacon was $ 5.00 and she said everyone is saying that.. A manager (or someone in a nice thumb shirt) took the ad I had and pointed out I had the wrong kind and when I asked to see it he tossed it back in the cart and rudely said “Yea, all day long” What a jack ass!!!!     I want to comment on the 10 rating super store of Richard and Steve at the Tom thumb store by the Hyatt House. They went above and beyond to get me Diet Coke , which is the only thing I drink, to find 3 bottles of diet coke for me to take back to my hotel. This store is a 10+ rating. I was unable to do the survey , technical challenges I guess. but wanted to make sure that someone knows what a great team is at this Tom Thumb store #3608

    I shop at the Tom Thumb on Arapaho and Shiloh Rd. Team Member Kikka is one of the best of the store team members. She is always friendly and helpful. I know that if I need some special help while in the store I can go to her. So do other customers.

  • Every time I go through the checkout line there are mistakes, yesterday I got charged for 13 heads of lettuce when I purchase 1 . had to go to the service desk to get corrected. Then she charged me for 13 more instead of crediting me. Then she had to credit for 24 head of lettuce. If this didn’t happen so often I wouldn’t complain but it happens 2 out of 3 times I visit store.

    Mona (customer service) is always there to answer questions, help find products, make the self check work –

    Darren Hardy in the dairy department is in the dairy department is so helpful he works in Dairy but he goes all over the store putting out ice seeing what he can do to help others I think he’s a great employee and I will give him a 10 because whatever it is he’s doing he will stop and help customers

    Darren at the Tom Thumb store at Dalrock and Hwy 66 in Rowlett, Texas was very helpful to my I discovered as I was leaving that I had forgotten an item, he went all the way to the other side of the store and picked it up and then showed me the Deli where I could check it out. I was too tired to go back and he saved the day for me

Mr Gonzales has taken a interest in hiring young youth with in the community a true way of giving back. The prouduce Dept is on point Elizabeth is always willing to when I am in the store, and the meat dept is one of the best! I am proud to its a pleasure to shop there on a regular basics . Yes there other choices but I rather shop where u know what ur getting ! Again Tom Thumb in desoto is on point.

    Dan Jack, the manager, is always around and about in the store offering any help the customers might need. The clerks are uniformly pleasant and helpful, but whenever possible I get in Carmen Herrera’s line. She always looks happy to see me, which in turn makes me very pleased to see her.

They are very professional and within a short time can address you by name.. They are an asset to the Tom Thumb organization. We have only become Tom Thumb customers after our neighborhood Kroger and Savon closed. Susie and Sherry have met all of our expectations. Please recognize them for their customer friendly manner at the 2554 location.

    I shop at store #2643. I have shopped Tom Thumb over 25 years. This was the worst shopping experience I have every had at this store. Usually shop Saturday or Sunday.This week I visited the above store on Wednesday 10-13-16.

    (1) Pepperridge farm bread thin slices 3 loaves on shelf with sell by date Oct. 06, 2016
    (2) Store brand hamburger buns on sale – freshest sell by date was 10-10-16.
    (3) Store brand half and half out of all sizes except half gallon.
    (4) Over charged me $10.00 on produce item strawberry cup – sign showed $2.99 ran up $3.99
    (5) Store shelves on bread isle not stocked
    (6) Out of several sales items, ad started 10-12-16

    I recently & frequently shop at your Your Tom Thum store located on Custer Rd in Tichardson TX
    It was a pleasant experience the checker was nice & pleasant !!

    Craig in the meat dept. is such a wonderful person . He is so helpful , so customer orientated . Don’t ever let this employee get away from you , I changed Tom Thumb stores just because of him . Do not have my receipt from when I went shopping on this past Sunday which I believe was October 9thbut he picked out the most beautiful short ribs I’ve ever purchased and they were delicious . Thanks Craig they were hit.
