    My 1st visit to Jared was frustrating for me. I was the first
    customer to arrive at opening. I waited at the door, but no
    one came, they apoligized, only 1 person available. All display cases were empty except PANDORA braclets and
    1 reduced $ sale case. Iwas asked how they could help me. I asked for 14 carat gold charms to see and purchase,
    they kept getting the Pandora, I said no, not those,charms for a gold chain bracelet, again, Pandora is all we have.
    finally ,a gal came and said those bracelets are out dated ,but I have a book, it worked. I found a charm, and paided for it, but they needed to call the company…this is 6/5/20, it was to be engraved and mailed back to their store, after all this I was feeling better. the gal said she,d call me by Tues the following week. NOPE! I stayed home all day.
    I called them at opening 6/9, to ask when it would be ready? NO ONE knew…they would call me ,I called again the following week, no one could help, the gal was off? 6/15 I called, not in? Someone called while we were gone and left a message to call back .We returned
    on 6/19, can’t engrave on the back, fine I said, when will it be in? Didnt know, when the first gal said 6/19. dah!
    My response was cancel the entire purchase! I’m going to a jewelry store. They lost my money, guess they are doing well? Nope!
