Bobby the usher was very helpful and kind. The airconditioning was so appallingly cold the whole experience of sitting watching a film wearing my overcoat and gloves was thoroughly miserable.

Rather a lot of damaged and not usable covered seats. The toilets can do with a major refurb. the staff and the film were great apart from the repairs and refurb needed.

trying to contact tellODEON about my experience at IMAX Waterloo and how brilliant Jonathan was on my first visit. Trying to do this is not easy my e-mail wouldn’t send. I didn’t know IMAX was part of ODEON so didn’t use my card 1800 5000 01754. Visit was some time ago 15/10/18 but still remembered. I go to Screnings locally(Basingstoke) and staff there are great.

We go to the silver screening every Tuesday at the silverlink cinema Newcastle. Brilliant cinema – always clean and comfortable – lovely staff and free tea and biscuits an added bonus. Never watched a bad film yet. Get a bit miffed when they reduce screenings during school holidays but do understand why – its a business not a charity

Yesterday, January 24th, I went to the 2.30pm showing of La La Land at The Odeon in Banbury.
The two members of staff on duty were Eva, a Hungarian girl and a Polish girl whose name I did not catch. I will return there next week to see Lion – mainly because the cheerfully efficient service they provided made an enjoyable film a thoroughly exceptional experience. As we arrived early Eva went off up a back corridor and dragged out 2 chairs for us to sit on in the foyer as we had coffee. Such a change to see people enjoying their work, taking a pride in what they do and welcoming clients warmly. Thank you Odeao.
