Trade-in service by Sales Exec, Thomas Pok, was very prompt and efficient. He got my car re-sold very fast and my loan approved within 2 days. The next thing I know, my car is ready with Road tax, license etc!!
Only thing that slowed down the transaction was the loss of my previous Honda City spare car key, which I had misplaced (there was a battery problem with the key so I had to change it externally and not in Honda, so I might have misplaced it). The re-seller charged me rm 300 for the loss spare car key and am still waiting for the receipt.
Overall, my NEW Honda Civic is Excellent!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🚗🏎️🌪️
