Firstly, it can help focus McDonald s staff on the significance of meeting and surpassing customer expectations. Secondly, when the feedback is negative, it will warn the company of potential issues that can affect future profits. The end goal of the survey is to collect actionable customer feedback the company can use to improve overall customer experience.

I love McDonald’s coffee and the fact that breakfast is available most places all day. What I think needs improving is the wait time for those just getting coffee. I travel lots for work and it doesn’t seem to matter which McDonald’s – if you only order coffee at the counter you wait – once the two people ahead of me ordered exuberant amounts of food and I only ordered coffee – which had been poured and was left sitting and had to wait until both orders were filled before I received it – now I ask at the cash if I can get my coffee right away

I am just sending you a note that i am fed up waiting more than five minutes for a single cup of coffee.March 26 2017 i waited nine minutes for a single cup of coffee. The location is 3401 portage ave Winnipeg Mb.My friends and i go there almost seven days a week prior to getting on with our daily lives to meet and chat. The management of staff has gone down hill considerably to the point that there seems to be none.I also heard one of the staff have a smart comment to my friend after he was served pertaining to the length of time that he had to wait.I am sorry i did not get his name or i would have included it in this #1ln9chfyjx.I have worked in the customer service for over 40 years and i would be appalled if my staff worked like that.Service can only get better.

I have used your ‘do it yourself’ terminals a number of times now and I hate them. They are not user friendly. Today I ordered a ;meal’ with coffee and then ordered an extra coffee….I thought!!! I got a meal with coffee but the extra coffee was not there. Your staff was pleasant when explaining but agreed your system is not clear on this point. Please fix it!!!!

Our regular Wednesday morning meeting place with friends is on Barrie View Drive in Barrie. The hostess is Lise #23651. She is an awesome hostess, always cheerful and very helpful. She makes sure to inquire if we need refills and because I have a disability, she will ask me to go and find my seat and brings my order to me. I have observed her doing this for other people as well. She is very efficient and also, kind. My friends and I are really blessed to have her at this location and always look forward to seeing her welcoming smile.

Purchased an order at the Gateway McDonald’s in Oromocto New Brunswick through the drive through window. The ordered should have included the new Big Mac Bacon however, they included a Big Mac only however charged me for the “bacon”. Before leaving the window, II took a glance to note that they had neglected to include the fries. I advised the young lady who returned with the fries.

Because of the error in my order I contacted the phone number 357-9841 a number of times and there was no answer. I understand they were busy however, if there was an opportunity to leave a message I could have expressed my concerns.

McDonalds on Great Northern Road needs new management or your system needs to be chance waiting 15 minutes for coffee while the girl does cash and pours and sets up coffee is unfair to your customers and your employee waiting for coffee while yours sits there on the shelf because some ahead of you is ordering a meal is ridiculous all you want is a coffee

  • While visiting McDonalds in Brockville, ON.; with my 2 granddaughters on Jan. 8th, 2017 the floors were so wet that they [granddaughters] slipped and fell 4x. I asked the staff if they could mop the floors before someone got seriously hurt – the 1st response was that they had mopped the floors earlier and after about 25-30 minutes when I asked to speak to the manager – her response was that they did not have enough staff to mop the floors…. My response was how would they feel about a lawsuit??? [I am a senior citizen and there were more seniors in the restaurant.] The floor was mopped finally with a mop that was dripping… the wet floor signs were not put out on the floor where they mopped. On another topic this same manager was overheard telling a customer that had complained her sandwich was bad the day before and she had to throw it out – the manager s’ comment to her was – how did she know if that was her and how did she know whether she threw it out or not ? and she refused to give her money back.
In my books this is very poor customer service!

Why are the change tables for babies in the wheelchair accessible stall. The person was in there for a long time which made it impossible to enter even when they were done. What about our own stall with hooks for coats and somewhere for diaper bag? MacDonald s is suppose to be child friendly.

I would like to know why McDonald’s employees don’t wear gloves when preparing food? I think it would be sanitary for the costumers, don’t you think? I will appreciate an answer. Thank you.

  • The food and service was amazing. I took my son for breakfast and it was busy. We ordered and received our food in 7 minutes. The person taking our order was so nice and happy. Good job!

  • My server Amy was really good and the food was excellent kudos to Chef Jeremy. I am not a salt person so I found the fries salty but that is me no fault of anyone. I did the new menu where you create your own sandwich and it turned ver good. I created a angus homestyle and Aoili burger

  • Was at Mc Donalds this AM, ordered two breaded chicken wraps. Very disappointed, the chicken piece was half the size it normally is and it was grilled.
Not at all worth the money paid for it, the wrap was most of the volume..

Food was OK as usual. The drawback, and it is a big one, is the unprecedented chaos resulting from the new way of ordering and receiving food. The numbered receipts are not issued in any kind of order, so it is not possible to anticipate when (if)your order will be ready. The receipt ahead of mine was #500, and mine was #104 and the one following was #194. Try and figure that out. Hilda was doing her best to bring some kind of order to this organized confusion. Whoever the marketing genius who figured out this new procedure should be checked to determine if they are on a secret payroll of another fast food franchise., because they are alienating a lot of Customers.

  • Hilda, an employee at McDonalds. She always gives customers great service with a smile, and ensures the food quality are up to standards.

Cannot participate in your survey, did not keep the receipt but, I did keep the slip that was handed out to everyone by Hilda who was waiting in line to be served. The slip had the Store #1974, it also tells us to take the online survey to get a great offer and also to mention the performance of the staff members in that store. Hilda must have been a supervisor or manager and was directing the customers in line which cashier to go to and it certainly quickened the process and we were all happy. I’m a retiree myself but, working people or students shouldn’t have to wait for more than 5 to 7 minutes. If those people can’t wait, they will just walk out. Please tell Hilda, she did a great job!!!
