    I just returned from the store and looking over my receipt I find that the Lays chips were ‘buy one get one free’ and I was charged $4.99 for each bag. This has happened before and I travel to go to the Meijers store and do not want to have to go all the way back and get this straightened out. So I just say heck with it and eat the error. Please inform your sales people to make sure they change all the sales products in the computers. $4,99 is quite a lot of money to have taken out by mistake. Also the coupons that come out when you buy the groceries only have one week redeemable date on them. Some of these things are not used in a week and therefore are of no use to a customer. I do like your coupons that are sent in the mail.

  • Waited in line to checkout for twenty minutes. Ice cream melted in the cart. 6 out of 19 checkouts were open resulting in huge lines with long waiting period. Terrible.

    I had a terrible experience at Meijer, and will not be returning. And have let people know. I understand having return policies, to a point. But I had moved, and lost a receipt to return some sweat pants. I eventually found it, and took the sweats back because they were way too small. They were still on the original hanger, with the tags still on, and they only gave me $4 back. Because that was the last sale price. I had the original receipt for $30, and they wouldn’t even give me $15. Absolutely ridiculous!! Even the cashier thought it was terrible.

    Very sad to see that yet again another regularly purchased product is not being stocked on shelves to make more room for store brand.
    Regularly bought 28 oz Soft Soap lemon fresh hands & used to refill soap pump I purchased.
    Not only is it the BEST soap, but I loved the environmentally friendly refill option.
    Now I shop for it at Kroger to get it and other things there that were previously purchased at Meijer.

  • Really disappointed in on line Meijer ads. I had my Meijer store bookmarked, and now things like Shop Local pop up. Couldn’t pull up 2 day ad flyer as per instructions. every time I lock in my store when I open it again, it is has changed to a store outside my area. Please get your web site back in order

  • My check out experience at the Battle Creek (Columbus Ave) was very pleasant, the cashier was kind, knowledgeable, and fast!

    My husband and I went to Meijers on Plainfield on a saturday afternoon and we came out smiling! How often does that happen? There are two reasons for this: 1) ALL the check out lanes were open(wow), 2) A wonderful cashier named Oscar. He was efficient, courteous, attentive, friendly, and funny. WTG Oscar! Usually we leave Meijers very very cranky but Oscar saved the day!

    Customer service is HORRIBLE at you Roseville lil Mack store very rude employees not the first time I’ve encountered this problem so apparently I won’t be going back to this store.

    We like shopping Meijer a lot. Our only complaint is Vendors filling shelves on Sunday’s. That usually the business day for families shopping. PLEASE CORRECT THIS!

    I STOPPED AT YOUR MEIJER IN BOWLING GREEN OHIO YESTERDAY ON MY WAY HOME TO TOLEDO FROM COLUBUS, OHIO. I WAS SO IMPRESSED BY EVERYTHING THERE. I USUALLY GO TO THE MEIJER IN OREGON OR THE ONE ON ALEXIS ROAD IN TOLEDO AND THAT BG STORE WAS SUPER!!!!!!! EVERYTHING LOOKED SO GREAT. THE PRODUCE AND MEAT WERE SPECTACULAR AND THERE WERE SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS THAT I HAVEN’T SEEN BEFORE. I TOLDTHE CHECKOUT GIRL BUT I AM SURE THAT SHE DIDN’T TELL ANYONE. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT IT WAS TOO BAD THAT I LIVED OVER 20 MILES AWAY BECAUSE I DEFINITELY WOULD BE THERE EVERY WEEK. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH A NICE STORE.

    We shopped at your Woodhaven store in Michigan all most all the check out lanes were open and every Lane that was open had five to six or !Ore people in line ! Your cashier’s ass so slow we waited 20 min to check out ! You can shop a Kroger’s and you get check out very fast and why is that ????

  • I have bought Country Crock tub twice from the Cadillac MI location, at two different times) and it had molded bith times. The sad part is the first the first time I thought the mold was a piece of a blueberry bagel I had made. After the second time I called Country Crock and they had given me coupons to replace the money. Also there is never enough clerks at the check out. They are patient and friendly given the circumstances,

    Not enough cashiers. Need one for 15 or less items. Went through scan yourself. I do not like them. Too impersonal. Checking receipt, found out that the Tuna which was advertised at $.69 a can, checked out at $1.59 apiece. We get a lot better service at Kroger which is 1 mile from our house. The cashier problem has been getting worse for the last 3 months. Please remedy, or our Meijer experience will have to end.

    Helpful staff at self serve checkout. Store remolding bright and aisleways are larger. Have to relearn the store, some products need larger signs to identify product ( soap, paper products, garage bags etc.)

    SHERRI, extended herself to provide my wife with her script. On first view didn’t appear the medication was available her extra effort turned it up and filled the script.
    The Meijer team provides positive attitudes to the clients. A sincere “great Job”.

  • Employees at new Meijer in Acme are great especially manager Dawn. She is always available for people that need assistance.

  • Please make sure you have enough cashiers
    There were three leaders observing the cashier’s that were working but no one offer more cashiers as the lines grow.
    Half of the self service check lanes were non functional
    Other wise i would have used one of them.

    It would be much better if rewards and mperks
    would automatically be given once it is entered at
    the register. I have shopped regularly at Meijers since it opened and did not know that I had to check and clip savings every time. It’s a pain.

    I check out and get half a dozen coupons for things that I would not buy or have ever bought. A waste of paper and my time. Got a Gift Receipt that tells me nothing on it-what it is for, or what I’m to do with it. Please line up correctly your yes/no button. On the screen they appear opposite where you find them on the key pad. Your Fastlane125 service has improved-it was much worst when it first started-I almost switch stores because of it. Check out experience is still a bit below average.

    I have just determined that you sold me “GE light bulbs” made in Hungary and they are defective . They burn out in a couple of days. Unfortunately I don’t have my receipt but one thing is for sure, …you sold defective merchandise to me.

    I like shopping at Meijers even though u moved far from me now, I use to live really close. They are very clean and organized. I like the prices and they have everything I need. I like the pharmacy a lot, I never have to wait a long time. Everyone is really nice in the pharmacy and the store. It beats Walmart 100 percent. It also beats other grocery stores.

  • I have checked for plain white corn meal in the 5lb bag not self rising have purchase awhile back. have left feed back as well as spoken to management was told to address here. Also shopping for black sesame seeds. I will check again on my next visit unless answered by will not carry anymore.

    I like going to meijer , it’s a clean store. Other places may be cheaper but meijer is cleaner and and has better quality merchandise.

    Wed., Oct. 19th once again I needed to find a place where my wife to sit (she felt dizzy) in the grocery section. Since Sept of 1015 I have complained to store managers and once to corporate via this means. All but the corporate responded we will do something about it.

    Sirs … there is no place between soda pop and produce where one might sit momentarily. To walk my wife back to the fish tanks or to the restroom area where there are seats was not an option.

    When will your store have has much interest in providing rest places as it does to entice me to its sales. In this day of competition it just might be that I need to look elsewhere … a costomer since the Kzoo S. Beltline store.

    Used to drop over 200 a week at Walmart and then Meijer open. Other store pissed me off for last time and I told G M checkers attitude sucked and ME AND MY MONEY WAS LEAVING.

    Shopped at meijers and bought Buy 2 and get one free items. Did not get right item to recieve free. Paid $77.74 for items. Cashier said I had to go bacl to get other item. Left cart with paid items in it behind her. When I came back cart was setting there and she was gone. No other store makes you get an item once you are in line and have paid for items. This is not service for customer.
