I have been a regular visitor to the Boscombe caffeNero daily for a number of years . A wonderful Team managed well by Claudia, who has just celebrated gaining the Diploma in Management. Excellent range of Coffee , Tea and Food, Today, went in at opening time and lunch time. Having many health problems , Claudia & Team very caring if a cold morning allow me to sit in the café early. I wish every success.

  • St Martin’s Lane is nambawan! Gintani and Mirabela – what a great, caring team. I think they must be the female equivalent of Batman and Robin! Bringing a smile and doing good work in the heart of Theatreland.
Old gentleman virtually hobbled in whilst I was there on Wednesday and he sat down near the door. Mirabela went up to him and asked if he was ok. She took his order for coffee and delivered it back to him, counting out the change. Little things mean a lot. A little thoughtfulness goes a long way.
Watched Gintani do the same with an old man who comes in the evenings.
Big pat on the back for new manageress, Carolyna, and new staff too.

My visit on 24 March – Friday to Tunbridge Wells Café Nero involved an extremely long queue. I have experienced this at this branch before and knew the staff were always fast. Sure enough in a matter of minutes I was served with fast but great care and was able to join my wife within but a few minutes.I love the cards with the 10th one free as I got a free one today.

Visited the cowbridge shop in south Glamorgan yesterday, not a nice experience at all. Apparently they have a paws friendly policy allowing dogs in the shop.
I can tell you with all the yelping barking and smelly dogs hair from the rain, it was more like Crufts than a coffee shop. Sorry but I will have to take my business elsewhere. Bad decision.

    We visited Caffè Nero Salford
    Riverside 646 at lunchtime today.
As always the service given Bara and Tito
was excellent. They are always friendly
and welcoming and nothing is ever
    too much trouble.
My friends and I visit the cafe regularly
and the service is always the same.

  • Regularly visit the Loughton 677 branch. Feel it’s the best coffee shop on High Road as staff always much friendlier than other coffee shops. Very dissapointed today with service from dark haired Scottish lady that served me this morning. Shocked by her rude, abrupt manner. Barely spoke. Once money was taken she just walked away? We thought we were still waiting for something. This has given the branch a terrible image.

A quiet morning and staff not overworked as later in the day. Polite and efficient as they normally are. Very clean too . This is the metro centre Nero branch today and normally they are excellent here . They always respond to long queues with another member of staff to minimise ones waiting time . Up to my retirement I had coffee five days a week for years and seemingly cannot break the habit bit later in the day regards

Today will probably be my last visit to Nero in Lytham st annes. I could not believe the number of dogs on the premises, they were licking the tables and chairs. Surely it does not warrant allowing dogs in your establishment, especially when serving food. I’m so disappointed.

I’m happy to hear that people like you are not

Maybe try and not eat your food off the table or the chairs,I did also check with the guys that work here if they use any of the seating ferniture in the preparing and cooking of the food, I was delighted to find out they don’t….

I use Nero Caffe quite extensively in my local areas. However recently two of the Caffe outlets allow dogs to come in alongside food being served. I noticed both outlets have a 5 star hygiene award, how is this possible where animals are present and is it Netos policy to allow this.

Alesh, Marta and Ola are polite, courteous and cheerful baristas who make you feel better every time you visit the Balham Caffè Nero. While they are thoroughly professional, they are very friendly and very competent at making coffee and the work they do. I have noticed that they can take their own initiative in improving the Caffè Nero service. I am delighted and honoured to have met them. Caffè Nero is better now.

I go into your Sheffield High Street (433) café quite regularly. I am quite elderly and disabled and I always know there is a smile and “go and sit down we will bring your coffee to you” from all Members of your Staff. I know I will not be rushed and very important to me (perhaps not others) – there is the cleanest best disabled toilet in Sheffield) Sorry to mention that – I can guess that you are all having a laugh !!!

  • Best service!
Especially Lena one of the baristas she extremely kind and amazing. My friend vomited badly and she came with a nice smile and said it was totally fine and cleaned without a frown . She asked my friend if she wanted water and if she was ok I, j just Walt to thank her so much!

Recent refurbishment has made a difference but the real difference is made by your enthusiastic team. The manager is always keen to ensure we have good service and exceptional coffee starting with the theatre of making every cup a special one off for all the customers . I would of moved my coffee break if they had not made me feel so special. After all the coffee shop was very tired and had its day . Lucky Nero to have such great people always going the Extra Mile in Sudbury Suffolk. Thank You
