    On Sunday Sept 30th I treated a friend to one of your Grilled Caesar Salads and was totally disappointed. I have eaten at Zaxby’s many many times and always got a great salad. This time ours consisted of lettuce, a little chicken and a few crutons. that is not a Caesar Salad. I left mine and she ate a little. I bragged on your salads and she had never been before. What a disappointment.

    This was our first visit to this location. The food was good but they only had sweet tea and no ketchup in the container. Also no salt on our table.

  • I visited the olathe ks location on November 07 at 8:05 pm and was upset that the drive through was being taken care of before customers at the front counter. Ten customers orders were filled in drive through as I waited for my meal for takeout. I ordered a 10 piece chicken tenders. Seems the drive through has a timer set as soon as customers order with no timers for from counter. .

  • Rudest young black girl at the drive thru window. & young black man. Girl had the worst attitude & customer service. I went through the drive thru twice was not acknowledged the second time. Had to honk my horn to get someone to look. After they noticed me at the window. Pathetic, they should be fired. Will let everyone know.

    The service was for the food took 25 minutes but yet the food kept going out the drive-through my meal was $7.11 and I gave the girl $20.11 and she only keyed in 20 and said she couldn’t take the 11 cents because she had already keyed it and didn’t know how to add the differenceand then there was no apology for the food being so late coming outvery poor customer service

  • That was some good food. I think it was even better than canes. The sauce was off the charts. The toast was amazing. I cannot explain the chicken tenders and fries!!!

    today was a total let down in Zachary ,Louisiana no lemons, no ketchup and the carbonated drink machine was all carbonated water with little flavor not to mention other customers were not happy and complaining at tables around you which added to a most unpleasant dining experience , I love to eat at Zaxby’s but today……….. well and not only that tried the survey and it stated not a valid answer and its right off my ticket.

  • Very poor service. I was not acknowledged until the young lady finished her complaint about the previous customer. I usually enjoy my meals from there but not this time.

    One thing i can say about zaxbys.they have the best food
    For one.in they are so clean even they bathroom is clean
    They have some good customers.that the only place iv have always ate at.i love it.

  • I was disappointed that they forgot to ring in half of my order so I had to reorder and it took 20 minutes to get my order. Also it was the assistant manager who took my order.

    The house salad was delicious even though Zaxby’S was extremely busy due to it was buy one get one free. I was very impressed with the staff and how well they handled the crowd of people that came when I was there. I didn’t mind waiting at all for my food because I understood. But overall I was impressed with way my food looked and tasted.

    I really wanna give a shout out to an employee named Jordan!! He was excellent. He kept a smile on his face all thru out my order. While i was dining in Jordan was sweeping, wiping stuff down, anything he could do to stay busy and to keep the areas nice and need. What an amazing person he is. He’s pretty cute to! This Happened in Richmond Ky!

  • I just left Zaxby’s at 4560 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy, Hiram, GA 30141 and when I returned home my orders were completely wrong. Additionally, the guy who gave me my food order started to prepare my drinks.
    He filled the cup full of ice and left the drive thru window and went out into the store lobby area with the cup full of ice. His odd behavior discouraged me to not take the drinks. I am good on visiting this store for awhile.

    My Zaxbys visit, was so awesome. I really loved the professional service, I recieved from the time I walked in to the time that I departed. The food was so warming, and so fresh, that I had to wait to even eat. The manager came into the lobby to come speak to everyone who were dining in. It’s a must that I come back with my family again, to have some more great food and service, as well as the Five Dollar Favorable Favorites for just $6.44 a meal.

  • Zaxbys is great, but too much money for other combo meals not to come with a drink. Really? Drive thru is ALWAYS horrible, they should have 2 lanes like Chic fil A, who’s drive thru stays moving.

    Zaxbys should be ashamed of them selves for the boiled wings they sell as hot wings. Being a chicken place you can do better. I will never order those again . They are not dateable. Other than the wings the good is good.

    My first visit to a zaxbys. I will never go back. All staff was barely 16 and cared less. Placed my order at 8 26 pm at 2890 s rutherford blvd murfreesboro tn 37130. After i raised my voice to a manager at 8 42 after several people were served i finally got my order. And when i got home was wrong allergic to dairy had to throw out. Will not be a customer again

    Ordered boneless wings, I was given bone-in. I will not be returning. If my waitress has worked here for 3 years you would think she would know better than to make these mistakes. Will not be returning.

    Customer service skills are @ 0 ( zero) I try to support the businesses in my community with the hope that service will improve rather move . I used your drive thru today around 2:11 pm the intercom is awful , after pulling of to the window the young man is not friendly , he didn’t thank me , didn’t ask me to confirm my order , if I needed condiments , nothing! This is pattern in this store

    If you are going to put your best foot forward, don’t put rude, mean looking cashiers up on the front line. They are, after all, the first person to greet your customers. No hello, “what ya want”, no thank you kind of behavior does not make me want to return for a visit again. I love your food though; its always hot or fresh, depending on food item. Just thought you would be interesting in knowing your customers reaction.

    Service was poor.
    Drinks tasted flat.

    ordered a vegetarian salad today at the Laurinburg zaxby’s. asked for no eggs and honey mustard dressing. She asked if I wanted the bacon and I said yes. She correctly repeated my order to me and gave me the total. Got back to work and had NO dressing and NO bacon!!! who eats salad with no dressing!!

    I found Zaxbys to be very clean and friendly . The fried chicken bites were extra good and not over done. I would recommend Zaxbys to friends for a quick good meal.

  • I was in the ZAXBY’S at 2502 battleground ave.in Greensboro nc 27408 with my family and I was greeted with a very pleasant welcome from John Meredith and his awesome crew this is my fourth time being greeted by this awesome crew. The food is very good !!!!!!!! and the restaurant was very clean each time. This is the only ZAXBY’S I will vist in Greensboro nc .My first vist came from a phone call that I made to the store and was greeted on the phone by John Meredith about the location and was greeted with the same pleasant greeting that I got in person when I got there. I wish I could take this same group of people to every ZAXBY’S that I go to while traveling out of town. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!! Will see you guys soon.

    Everything I ordered was wrong tonight ! I ordered a diet coke and got a regular coke. Ordered fried house salad and got grilled. Tasted the coke before I got to far down the road so was able to turn around and go back. Then when I got home I found out it was grilled but wasn’t going to go all the way back. Very disappointed ! Chicken didn’t taste right. Love zaxbys but tonight if I hadn’t been before would never go back. The girl must have had her mind some where else but not on her job and not listening to what was being ordered .

  • I eat Zaxby’s 3-5 times a week. Best BL wings around. This time, the wings were the worst I’ve ever had. It appeared to me the wings were previously cooked, sat under a heat lamp and recooked when I ordered. They were terrible, dry, not the Zaxby’s quality I was looking for. Very disappointing.

    I visited Zaxbys at 12945 brown bridge rd Covington ga and my food was cold, they gave me about seven French fries. My visit was horrible and I will not be visiting that store again. I waited a long time to receive my food just so they could serve me cold food.

    I have never been disappointed with any meal I received at Zaxby’s. I went to Hardee’s yesterday afternoon and waited more than 20 minutes while one of the servers family member came in and got instant service before the customers waiting. I got my money back and checked out without any food.

    We had our first visit to Zaxbys this afternoon. The staf was friendly and responded very quickly to a mistake in our order. The facility was clean, attractively decoroated and welcoming. We had a fried Cobb Salad and a Cajun Club Sandwich. Both were extremely salty. The sandwich was covered with what I guessing is the Cajun seasoning. The salad looked very inviting with good fresh color. The chicken was high in sodium as well. I’m sure that these are items made by a manufacturer, but should be checked to ensure that specs are being followed. We will wait awhile before we visit Zaxby’s again. The concept is great but conceptual is unsuccessful without execution.

    Ordered my favorite entree, the grilled house salad. As usual, everything was fresh and delicious. But the place was very unclean. I had to sit at a table and clean it myself, the floor was dirty with food and paper litter, and the trash receptacles were over flowing. When completed, I did see a young worker start to clean some tables. This was about 2 pm, not during peak lunch time hours. Sandy Plains Road location, Marietta, Ga

    I went myself at 11:30 ad chick stripes was a lille too crispy.Then I took while family down at dinnertime 6:34 April/10 and chicken wings came out cold. It was so crowded and I had already waited 15 to 20 min the I wouldn’t wait any longer!.chicken tenders we over cooked. Was not impressed with 1st visit
    Plus I asked if my wings with celery and she side yes the figured I wanted more and added another 1.29 to my bill.

    I absolutely love your grilled chicken and Cobb salad
    However, I go the the store on M9ntclair Road in Birmingham, Alabama EVERY DAY! I always order the same grilled chicken Cobb salad, no bacon, extra ranch dressing and 2 extra crispy onions.
    I NEVER PAY THE SAME AMOUNT, MY ORDER IS NEVER CORRECT, AND THERE NEEDS TO BE AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. Please fix this problem so I don’t have to stop patronizing this store.

    Loved Zaxby’s 20 some yrs ago when my son took us to a little concrete block restaurant in Augusta ga when he was a student med scool and said u are going love this place and we did and as we traveled down interstate to visit him we spotted a Zaxby’s being built and knew it was just getting started and have watched it grow

    I visited Zaxby’s yesterday, 4-5-17 with several co-workers. I love their chicken. The quality is excellent. I also love crinkle fries which are hard to find. Theirs are delicious. Yesterday, I got chicken and mushrooms. It was wonderful.

    We eat a Zaxbys three to four times a week!! We always get two Cobb Zalad and ten chicken fingers…. sometimes mushrooms and cookie milkshakes.. So glad you opened one in Deland Florida. When I was batting throats and lung treatment I would half to go to Orange City Fl. And we would stop everyday so I could get a milkshake… hands down your the best!!!!

  • I will not be back to this zaxbys. Had horrible service. The cashier acted like I bothered her. Never asked if she could help me or say anything after I paid. She just shoved my card & receipt at me. I said you’re welcome. Another employee listening just laughed. Humiliating treatment

    Love Zaxby’s. Store in Yulee, FL is always clean and the service excellent and staff is always with happy faces. My wife is hooked on the Blue Salad with Buffalo (Wimpy of course) sauce. I usually have that too, but today opted for the Zaxby’s Club. FANTASTIC!!! We’re now frequent clientele.

    Drove across town to have a change in dinner and went thru the Drive Thru at Zaxbys on Ordway Dr. in Roanoke, Va. Ordered 2 5 Finger plates. $16.98 and got home and I had 2 3 finger plates. This wasnt even an option on the menu reader board. After calling I get to speak to the most incompetent excuse of a manager claiming she can only replace the chicken. I gave her my number and told her to have someone call me. She said that only the hiring manager could give refunds. What does this tell me? A) Clearly she cant be completely trusted as a “real manager” and B) The employees have no kind of work ethic. She sure didnt have a problem taking my money for what I ordered. It’s sad really, Word of mouth spreads quick and so does bad customer service. Thanks for allowing me to now add your restaurant to the list of DO NOT GO THERE.

  • Monroe NC: Food was fair, not worth the price. I went through the drive thru and did not get the drink I paid for. They had too many people involved in handing out the orders.

  • Haven’t had a bad experience, yet. Drive thru is usually fairly quick and that is a good convenience for me being that it is located right down the road from my work and because I only have a certain amount of time for lunch.

Each time the wait was extremely long, but this time they passed my order number over by several orders. When I enquird the lady behind the counter in the prep area said she had no such order I had to go to my table retrieving my receipt so they could process my order. And when I finally received my food the order was wrong.

  • I ordered a chocolate cookie shake and it was not given at the drive thru. We went inside to get it and they gave us something that tasted more like milk than anything else. I usually have great experiences but this was not one of them.

    Went to Zaxby’s yesterday for the fist time in awhile and know I know why. I ordered 2 wings and things, one teriyaki and one hot honey mustard. Neither box had celery. I also specified what sauces I wanted for each box and both were incorrect.

    Your survey is not customer friendly and someone needs to make it easy to complete. I have visited the the 3230 Centerville Hwy, Snellville, Ga store twice and could not complete the survey. My food was awful, the first time my boneless wings were covered in mustard sauce and running out the carry out container and I returned and watched someone just pour into another container. Today my chicken salad sandwich meal was a mess. The bread was all cut up and the inside of sandwich was all over the place. My drinks did not taste correct either. What a mess this store is with food quality.

    We have a new Zaxby’s here in town. My wife and I love their food and have waited for a long while for it…. She eats there several times a week and even brings it home for supper. I swing by tonight and go thru the drive-thru…. bliss turns to frustration. I order two 10 piece traditional wings after telling the drive-thru worker 3 times… And she repeated it back to me! The kicoin chicken didn’t have the sauce on the side like I asked. Plus you could have counted the pieces of lettuce on the salad plate. Very dissatisfied customer.

    received same salad bowls back with greasy rims and chicken had simply been broken apart on top. nothing else was done.
    employee explained bowls are kept in cooler so we we basically seeing the chill/dew.

    Since when does condensation have greasy prints and wipe marks?? insulting to think they believe a customer would except this.

    never saw or heard from the manager at all during the visit.

  • I Love Love Love Zaxby’s! I have to have it every chance I get! I still remember the first time I ate at Zaxby’s, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I am always satisfied no matter what I order. Not to mention my favorite food is chicken strips, so I have no other choice but to be satisfied at Zaxby’s. I also enjoy their Salads, wings, and nibblers. Zaxby’s is such an awesome place!

    Food is always awesome. Kitchen staff is great . Cashiers always welcome you. My pet peeve is a dirty dining room and beverage counter. I cleaned the counter up myself . They were slammed with a basketball team just walking in the door. This is not to fuss but to praise your staff in working to ether to get everyone served in a timely fashion. It was awesome to see them do such a great job.

  • The store on Inner Perimeter Rd., Valdosta, GA, is always freezing!!! It doesn’t matter if it’s summer or winter, the PAYING customers freeze. I love the food, but if the temperature inside is so cold, I do not return.
    We’ve brought this to the manager’s attention and the reply is: “the cooks get too warm’.
    Also, the online surveys don’t work.

  • My husband and I went to Zaxbys yesterday in Gadsden, Alabama. We have been many times and enjoyed all our visits until yesterday. The lady that took our order was not ugly to us but she was anything but friendly, but it appeared she was the only one doing any work at all. The tables were dirty, they were very slow with orders, no utensils were out, had to ask. We ordered the zalades and they were literally thrown together, the chicken was over done the lettuce was wilted and taste terrible along with the cucumber’s. I could not eat mine at all my husband ate about half of his. There was about 7 or 8 worker’s behind the counter at times walking around with drink’s in their hands and one of the women took her ponytail down shook her hair right behind the counter near the food then put it back in a pony tail. Needless to say we will not be eating there again EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Was very unsatisfied with my dinner this evening. My dinner of boneless wings and things came out with only a couple of bone in wings. I mentioned and they brought me uncoated tenders when I ordered everything in nuclear sauce. All of our fried had been refried. I only know this from having previously worked in the food industry.     My wife and I went to the zaxby’s at 9141 University Blvd in North Charleston. It was the second time we have gone to Zaxby’s. The lady at the counter was friendly and informative and steered us in the right direction. It was a “happy” meal on all counts!

  • Most Zaxbys have above average service,however the one in Gonzales La food is terrible! On two different visits to this location the chicken tenders were so over cooked you could not eat them (DRY), luckily the next exit had more restaurants to choose from.

  • Charged for extra sauces, then didn’t receive them and shouldn’t have been charged to begin with. Service was slow and employees didn’t seem to be knowledgeable on how to do their jobs. I think more training is needed for employees.

    I can honestly say the Zaxby’s in Troy, Al is the best.
    I have been so disappointed in other locations with ck not being crispy. The Troy location fried ck is ALWAYS crispy. Staff is very courteous, friendly, and helpful. i Also clean every time I have been there.

    Store just recently opened on W. Franklin. I visited for the first time and was very satisfied. I used to have to go to the other end of town to eat at Zaxby’s. Now there is one in my neighborhood, thank you. The service was very prompt and courteous and the food very good.

    Today we got two salads. My fiancé had a water bug in her salad and I am currently experiencing explosive diarrhea about 10 minutes after eating my salad. Also I had ordered three cookies with my meal witch I did not receive. This is about the fourth time this particular zaxbys has messed up our order. I really like zaxbys but I am sad to say the we will no longer be visiting this location on shallaford road.

  • Over all the years I’ve eaten at zaxbys this had to be my worst .the food was good as always but the customer service sucked.I saw two to three dead roaches on the floor and reported it to a employee and his response was that the exterminator had just recently been there and he walked away.so i had to ask him to sweep them up which he seemed a little bothered by me asking.he did finally get a broom and attempted to remove them but still came up short by not getting all of them

I was in the Zaxbys, on 180 capital Circle SW on Oct 27, 2016 at 12:35 PM my check totaled $8.05, I took a fall in this store, management was very nice, and so were other patrons, and helped clean up the blood on my arm, and got me another sandwich plate. They did not ask about seeing a Dr. or anything else. I fell on my right side hitting my hip and arm from shoulder down and am still sore, i don’t want to sue, but would negotiate a settlement myself if this would be agreeable to you, i am 61 years old and already see a pain management Dr. and really don’t care to have more exrays and or MRI’s done at this point please contact me so we can discuss this.   • I had the nibblerz and the bread was buttered just right the chicken was fried to perfection so good I couldn’t finish it and because I was full.

    Food is always good. My husband and I went last night Oct 24, 2016 and order 2 blue buffalo salads with whimppy sauce we got our salads but on one had the sauce. My husband said it was not worth the trouble to say anything. I would like to get what we ordered.

    Went Sunday for lunch. Food was great as always. Service was polite and we received our food quickly. Store was clean Nice variety of drinks.

    Went for lunch after church, got a good house salad, it taste great, we have been doing this for a long time, the drive through do a real good and the price is great for two retired people.

    Went to the store @Palatka Fl, always pleasant associates but this visit seemed to be unorganized. In all was very good food. Just wish you wouldn’t take the salad day away from us.

    I went to your Zaxby’s @ 101 Clemson Rd Columbia, S.C. on October 22, 2016 @ 6:57pm and we got some of the worst service that we have ever gotten there. We live close and go there often but after tonight we want go there again. There was no tea, ketchup, napkins, and the drink machine was limited. While waiting for our food the people behind the counter was playing around.

  • Just got back from Zaxbys, as always clean restaurant, wonderful staff , mostly good food. This time salad and lettuce on sandwich was a little watery.

    This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve visited 650 Maxim Rd., Lithia Springs, GA 30122 Zaxby’s. I was charged $.90 to add lettuce onto my three nibblers. I told the cashier that I would like more than one little piece of lettuce per sandwich. When I got my meal there was 1 slice of lettuce 2″ wide. I asked for more and they wanted to charge .90 more. The manager and cashier were very rude. I think that they have issue with white ppl

    My order was wrong again this time. Ordered traditional wings with barbecue sauce on the side. The sauce was all over the wings and the fries and celery. I told the the person at the counter about the mistake they said the would bring us more wings. The did but no celery. We took the celery back and they gave us more. I also got some slaw which was just chopped cabbage on slaw dressing in it at all. Pretty poor performance.

    We love it when Codi is our server at the register. she goes above our expectations every time we eat at that Zaxbys. I would highly suggest Zaxbys take a look at Codi for a management role.

  • Y’all are getting slower and slower with the food we were there today at 11.39 am and had to wait for ever on our food but it is good just need more salt on fries

  • On October 14, 2016, I visited Zaxby’s at 3821 Hacks Cross, Memphis, Tn. I placed an order at the drive thru. When I received my order at the window, I was told “thank you, your change is in the bag”.
    I had to sit there, dig my change ($9.22) out the bag to count and be sure it was correct.
    I was very displeased with this act and it was very unprofessional. I visit this location daily (Mon-Fri) and is the first time this has happened. Maybe it was just the person working the
    window. The name on the receipt shows Marquita.
    I would like to know, is this something new you are starting? If so, I will be taking my business else where.
    Also, I called the location twice and they never answered the phone. I would greatly appreciate this matter being addressed. Thank you!

  • my visit today was anything but a pleaseable one. I went to the drive thru and while ording cashier kept interupting me asking if that was all. ( this was while i was still talking) When I got to the window she told me my price handed me a cup that was not filled properly nor as i requested. I ask which drink it was and she rudely told me. When I told her it was to have extra extra ice she ingored me. She the gave me the next drink and the top was not on it. I handed it back and ask if she would put the top on it correctly because I couldn;t get it to go on correctly she took it back and softly tapped the lid and handed it back to me. along with my food. I ask for another straw, another lid and a cup of ice. she never said another word just handed them to me and shut the window. was asking for too much?

  • I had my office manager drive half way across town to pick me up a chicken fingerz sandwich meal. When she got back with it, the bread was burnt (black). I called the store and asked for the manager. The store was on Presidential Parkway in Macon GA. He told me to bring the receipt and the food back and he would remake it for me. No way was I going to have my manager drive that far and me wait that long for my lunch. He told me I could bring the meal back later on in the week with the receipt and he would have it remade. I’m sorry but he had to be kidding! He said it was company policy. I use to eat at this restaurant 1+- times per 2 weeks and I take some of I staff with me. I think Chic-fil-a will be getting an additional 1+- times per week with some of my employees.

    Worst Zaxby’s location I’ve ever been in my life the tables were dirty and nasty the seats were dirty and nasty and there’s a big puddle of soda on the floor that you have to walk through to get to a table that’s sticky as heck very very poor rating this is the Fuquay Varina store in North Carolina

    I have a serious complaint about the nasty rude treatment by those Black girls tonight.

    The lady at the window was fine but failed to listen to my order, given three times, but the three other girls behind the counter were starring and glaring at me for asking that my order be corrected. They were making fun of me so loudly that I could hear them through the closed drive through window. I was very clear in asking that the filthy dressing packet NOT be placed on my food but left outside the container. I have reported this nasty and unhealthy practice to the County Health Department, but nothing has been to stop you all from contaminating the food. I do not like being laughed at by the girls, glared at by two of them making funny faces, as if I am supposed to be scared of them or something. I will not be disrespected like this again I can assure you!

    It’s on my way home I was really hungry so I stopped thinking a different shift it would be better but nope. I only ordered a salad and it was wrong. The chicked was dis colored like it was frozen and thawed out. It was very cold so I know that had to be the case.’
