    just purchased a GE refrigerator from Sears outlet and previously we purchased a wash machine .happy with both appliances.The only thing I can suggest is that they have more staff here on the floor. it’s understaffed but a great place to shop. Number 097886769622

    Do not waste your money on the Sears protection which cost $799.99. What a scam!! If you have a problem you have to wait on the phone at least 30 minutes then you get rude customer service.i spoke to a guy who was rude, had an attitude then said he was going to put me in touch with”Christine” – he hung up. Called again , got Honey, she just outright called me a liar and said I could not talk to her supervisor. I have never been so insulted in my life or had the worst customer service in my life. DO NOT BUY THE SEARS PROTECTION PLAN THAT COST $799.99. IT IS A SCAM!

    I am very disappointed with delivery service from Sears distribution store. December 21,2018 I purchased ( paid cash) a Black gas range from Sears on Lakeshore Hoomwood Al for my mom who’s 90 years old and still enjoys cooking. It was to be delivered December 24,2018 they were supposed to remove old stove and hook up the new stove and carry off old stove. The left the new stove in her living room didn’t remove the old stove. When I call to report it I was told that they would send somebody out Friday December:27th after Christmas….. of course you know what I told the to do….

  • I purchased a kenmore top load washer it lasted for one year as soon as the one year warranty was out the spinner stopped not a good washer ,do not waste your hard earn money because you will be disappointed with this product. sincerely now I have to spend more money to get it fixed. Soooo upset never purchase a kenmore again 😪

She told me everything I needed to know. She took all the time I needed. Her name is Bethsai. I ended up buying a Kenmore Refrigerator…..and I am not a easy person to buy anything.

Our associate was very helpful abd, when there was a power outage, she and the manager were very professional in evacuating the customers from the stirde.
