She did comment on me that i am student and studens replaces things after using them, i will never go there again.

    I have recently had eye surgery and am in the course of recovery. My printer ran out of toner and I went along to Staples at 403 Bank Street here in Ottawa. I was extremely fortunate to come across the salesperson Nick in your computer section.

    Having explained my situation, Nick not only gave good advice in terms of cartridge replacement but also did the set up for me. What a class act.

    Once cloning becomes legal, you could not do better than to clone this superb employee and send them across your system.

    Thank you to Derek who helped me immensely by installing my ink cartridges. He was attentive, prompt, and knew what he was doing. I felt like an idiot bringing in my ancient printer with cartridges recently purchased. Derek came to my aid, and never made me feel like I was the problem. He has also sold me on getting my laptop checked out for the reasonable fee of $50.00. I trust this helpful guy.

Alex ( the Tech guy) went out of his way to help us & his suggestion was a way better solution to what we had in mind. He is very knowledgeable in the pros and cons of the product line and the manufacturing companies. We reviewed my choices plus a new one(Epson XP-380) he introduced. Based upon my needs his choice was the best selection. Printer setup – very easy. Print quality- excellent. I would recommend this printer.

    The associate told me there was no other choice .
    I am very upset with this service and in future will have second thoughts of purchasing at a Staples .

He was very pleasant and apologized cause he couldn’t get to me right away and then he helped me with the ink I needed for my printer.   • Ethan has provided me with great service every time I needed him. The phone system is a disgrace / I have tried at least 8 times to reach them by phone each time the call gets dropped so I have to go to the store for help.

  • I had purchased ink cartridges for my old printer which caused an irreversible error to occur. When I called Canon they refused to do anything so I called Staples and they offered a full refund if I were to purchase a new printer from them. This was a good compromise.
    I spoke with Anne who advised me in the kindest fashion. When I went in to purchase printer Kyle was very helpful and kind. Great service at the Store 259 in Moose Jaw.
    Highly recommend using them to purchase electronics, etc.

She stayed with me to insure that the paper was the texture, colour, size, and weight that I required, and directed me to ask a copy clerk how the paper would behave in an inkjet copier. I couldn’t believe it. To me that counted as above & beyond fantastic service which you do not see very often nowadays. at all times Abirinder exhibited knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and in general excellence in dealing with me. H should be commended for this. He is defineately an asset to your business. I know I will be telling all my friends, family and everybody I know just how great Staples is with standing up for what they sell. I will be doing a lot more shopping at Staples in the future.
