edwardville 12 is the theater we frequent.
We enjoy the friendly staff, clean theater, and
wide variety of movies. Can always find a
movie we want to see. We are retired and
going to the movies is one of our favorite
    past times.

The prices are too high at the concession stand more expensive than downtown but the new way for seating arrangements is outstanding

Theatre was clean but there was really no help in reference to the reward program. Got brochure and went to AMCSTUBS.COM – definitely not user friendly.
How cheap can you be to not issue a card but to tell customer to write the number down for next time!

I really like amc20, especially the seats behind the bar, I am short, so can put my feet up. Sound is always good.

I go to this theater quite often. the seats are comfortable and normally have no trouble at all getting into the movie I wish to see. I do feel the prices for popcorn, drinks, and candy are outrageous so I normally do not purchase them.

  • I was disappointed to be told the only seats available were in the front row. Just before the movie started , I turned around and saw empty seats farther back that were available. I am short and therefore the reclining seats were uncomfortable for me. I don’t like to reline to watch a movie when i am at a theater. I ended up with a headache after the movie from sitting too close. I asked if there was a senior discount when I purchased the tickets and did not get a response.

Ok, when swiping to next page, this survey keeps disappearing. Have to start over each time. Grrrrrrr

  • 45 min to get through ticket, concessions and drink lines. It got bad with the inteoduction of freestyle machines. It got worse with the AMC Stubs premiere only lines. Theater is often out of products or supplies. This visit out of ice!!

We rarely go to the movies. The prices for tickets and concession stand are just too expensive, but when we do, it’s a real treat. Great movies, great food, comfortable seating, clean and the employees are very nice. :)

I live in Huntngton, New York in the village where an AMC is located. This is a bedroom community to NYC and, accordingly, most residents commute to and from New York City to work. Most people leave the city around 5 to 6 pm and it is an hour train ride to Huntington, most return to Long Island around 7pm.

The last show every week day night is never past 7 pm. It is impossible for a communter to see a film at your theatre during the week. Simple marketing would suggest that minimallya trial run of adding later shows should be implemented. If, after the trial and returning the name and show time on the marque is replaced, I can’t imagine that there wouldn’t be an increase on your attendance.
I have been meaning to send this email for over two years because i am a commuter. After a long day, catching a film would be a nice treate; however, I have yet to be able to do that.
Also, the marquie which displays the times and the names of the shows playing, hasn’t been displayed for years.

Please give this some thought, I’m sure the impat will be fruitful.

    Thanks.

I was upset to stand in line to get my food then have to stand in a line to get my drink. Why should I pay to put my hands in a nasty drink machine to get my own drink. Now they want us to use a machine to purchase my tickets? And the price has gone up. WOW what happened to customer service. I personally have been a member of Stubbs for a number of years and now I turned in my card. I will only be coming to AMC to see a movie if its only showing there. And I watch movies 4 to 5 times a week. I’m pretty sure this will fall on deaf ears. I truly don’t like what AMC is turning into.
