    Was in for engine oil & filter change and flush and refill radiator with anti freeze plus cabin filter change. the mechanic said he couldn’t find the cabin filter on the computer. I said there is one under the glove box. Changed by the Manager. The print says the thermostat is highly corroded and the mechanic told me that after changing the anti freeze. I must ask why he waited to tell me that. The oil change is down about a liter after the oil change. I checked it when I got home and after the engine cooled down. I had to ask him to check the tire pressure in all wheels and to check that the lights were working as they should. I am not happy with the service I received at Mr. Lube. A coupon was presented for new wiper blades and he had to ask another member if he could provide me with the wiper blades. The member told him it was alright and the mechanic asked if I wanted him to install them. I said yes please and he did install the new wiper blades.

    Mr Lube St. Annes / Fermor location. Arrived for basic oil change at 1:15 pm. Was busy understandable some wait will be required. 3 cars in, 3 cars next in front of me.1:30 pm. 1 car exits bay one, told to pull in behind bay 1. Bay 2 exits, next car pulls inside. Waiting until 20 more minutes for car in front of me to exit. Another car pulls up behind bay 2. 10 more minutes pass, Car waiting only 10 minutes enters bay 2 before me. Car in front of me had an oil change, then he change the wipers, then had the air in their tires checked after she had paid and the door was open to leave. All the necessary things that are expected. Has long conversation with the driver after they had already paid. Exit door has been open for 10 mins its 2:00 pm. Finally leaves after 40 mins. I enter. Technician, Andrew Johnson, Pulls up my account, no graphic pulled up that shows the history of what has been done to my car at my last service. Did not ask for my current mileage, showed me the dipstick before the oil change. But did not show me my dipstick after my oil change was done to indicate it was actually full and clean. Did no top up any fluids, didn’t spend 10 minutes checking the air in my tires, like the customer before me. Car in bay 2 that arrived after me and only waited 15 minutes to get it has left about 10 mins before I was done. The Technician was basically kicked off my bay, and the Manager finished processing my invoice and was I done in only 15 mins because all they did was swap the oil and filter and sent me on my way, only this kind of service for my car, after watching the technician spend 40 mins on the car before me.

    Please be aware when vehicle was brought in your staff was informed this was a fleet vehicle. Hood was opened and absolutely nothing was checked he walked back asked for milage and called my fleet company. I was informed after they would call me when the air filter came in….. Which was absolutely not checked to determine its replacement required. I also noticed a charge for coolant they absolutely did not add. Brake fluid which this Isa new vehicle and may have added a drop which I could see. 2 days later when I added gas I checked the washer fluid level which took 1/2 jug as it was not topped off.     the prices are too high for a senior person.. The cabin air filter was at least 20 to 25 more than I paid at oil changers. also the standard package is more, and the air filter was about 10.00.more and it took a lot lomger, the job done was good and the guys were very nice and polite, but cannot afford those prices.

    I went to have my new tires put on the rims and balanced. I was greeted by Isreal who was very professional. The last time I was in to have a oil change he was very professional I was unable to do the survey.
    When I got in Kyle Spragge and Seb Snow were the customer service guys who helped take care of the request.
    They were very professional there wasn’t any issue with them.
    also very knowledgeable about the policies in regards to disposing of the old tires.

    Service rendered was haphazard.
    Technician initially installed only half of the oil required then had me start the engine and run it at 2000 rpm for 30 plus seconds. He then discovered that only half of the required oil had been placed in the engine. I have concerns that damage has taken place .

Daniel Meunier was very apologetic Because I had to wait a couple minutes which I didn’t mind but he was very nice and he was helpful by telling me what was good for my vehicle And was being very honest.     I visited my normal Mr. Lube on the north shore Kamloops. I was not greeted on waiting in line. There was one car being serviced and one oickup ahead of me. Ittook over an hour to get my sservice. Ineed to be told when somethings is amiss, but do not like all the sales pitches.I was not pleased.   • Great service , I supplied my own oil and filter as I didn’t want the house oil in the barrel . $44.83 with me supplying my own oil and filter , should have been cheaper.

    • Mr Lube service delivery seems not to bad, but outrageous pricing for just Oil change (3.70L) $132.28 is absolutely ripe off-compare to dealerships that are clean and where one can get free Car wash with Oil change for under $60.00 fees.
      So, better is always possible! Shop around instead of being rip off at Mr Lube

  • I was misled as to the total price that I would be charged. Contrary to the standard package price I was told I would pay. There were additional charges: 44.99 for shop supplies; $2.99 for extra oil; $6 special filter charge. Do not think I will use Mr. Lube again.

    Hello, I just wanted everyone to know to READ YOUR CONTRACT so that you know you have already paid to have your tire pressure checked, so when the boy asks “Would you like me to check your tires?” remember, you have already paid for this service and so it’s obviously Mr Lube’s ploy to make you pay for it then ask you “if you would like them to do it for you” like it’s an option. It’s really rude to make you pay for a service then they ask you if you want it done when you have already paid for it to be done. They should obviously not ask you because you have already contracted for them to do so.

    i went to this mr lube js kalabash entreprises at missisauga for oil change. i also asked for your techs if the belt was causing the noise everytime my engine was on. he said yes so i asked them if they are 100% sure that were the noise coming from and said yes. ok then give me the number and how long it will take said 15-20 minutes . ok i said yes do it because we have appointment its took 35 minutes. they did not even test and start the engine before replacing the belt. after work done said everything is okay now..before i leave checked the noise and still there. why they should replaced the belt & payed $112 if its working fine. they just start the engine for few seconds and said its okay now. i this how you treat your customer.

Manager Lewis was so informative about everything he and the other’s had done and he made suggestions about one front tire problem, telling me to keep aware of it.     Nick on deck and Jorge in pit did an amazing job. I told them I had limited time and they responded with hustle and quality service. They were friendly, polite and a capable.

    Good service is a quality missing in a lot of places, but Mr Lube North Van is not one of them. They have won my business.

    Just came back from Mr. Lube store #143, at 1841 Bank Street, Ottawa, Ontario., today February 12, 2017.

    They just installed two complete headlights units, as a warranted repair after they mistakenly put in the wrong bulbs, which melted the maker light housings.

    The owner Greg, asked me to come over and inspected the melted maker light housing, and without giving me any hassle at all, said he would replace the complete light housing assembly with 1 or two weeks.

    Here I am one week and 2 days later with new and functioning front lights on my car.

    Just wanted to say that he and his employees were professional, considerate and very fair.

    I will definitely go there again.

Lube is they take you to your car and explain many things about your car. Every time I visit Mr.Lube Mechanic shop in Pickering I actually learn new lesson about the function of device in my car. Unlike Toyota dealership that they take your car and they don’t teach you anything about my car and they bring back my car and they said this is the total price of $1200.00. Or even Canadian tire is the same story as Toyota Mechanic shop. People at Mr. Lube are friendly honest and very knowledgeable and very patient with the costumers and have great costumer service.
