Great service especially during Coronavirus…helpful staff on the till and shop floor.

The lovely lady named Joyce helped me 100% as my carer had lost my receipt. Because I do an receipt app. Luckily I had a couple of photos of my receipt so all was well and I exchanged my goods and brought more on top. I had been isolating for over the last 3 months so I have been to Primark the 2-3 weeks 6 or 7 times as I needed different size clothes and bedding, footwear and hair accessories.

I had got a dress on a size 12 hanger and then the actually dress size was a 10 and the same with my daughter she had picked a size 10 swim suit and it came out as a size 6

i am 83yr old and what i love about primark is i can still find lots of things to fit me and the staff always seem happy and pleasant my daughter says i can never go into this shop without bying something

Primark does good quality products at a reasonable price, I go there for all my clothing these days and the staff are polite and helpful. Some of the other high street shops are a bit more pricey, I always like to get a bargain.

I love going to primark because there is a range of items that are reliabily priced and affordable. I always like to going there as its easy to get to the shop which is centre of the town. I’ve always wanted a primark in walsall so I am very pleased and the staff at the store are very helpful, pleasant and kind.

I been doing my random Thursday shopping and today I been served by lovely old women with beautiful smile and she gave me so much positive energy.

I had a great shopping experience picked up some shortsleeve v neck 100 % cotton men’s vests very reasonable price unfortunately I had to throw out previous large pair as these seemed to shrink after I washed them however discovered that the xtra large are better allbeit they are a little too large in length
But I would definitely recommend primark for cheap comfortable underwear priced really well all other department stores charge far more If I win the grand prize of £1000 I will definitely recommend primark to all my friends 😉
